I love love looooove this new Trishas song. If you have ever tried to get away from an ex…especially emotionally…I think you will relate to this one.  Bitches be crazy…and sometimes we have to look that crazy in the face and realize it is time to let go and get the hell outta the relationship. Sure, we think about going back and probably do at least once or twice and then beat ourselves up for even thinking about it…but we finally come to our senses. Thank L. Ron Hubbard, Baby Jesus and Allah.

What was I rambling about?  Oh…here is the video for the song”Drive”. It was written by Jason Eady and two of the Trishas: Kelley Mickwee, and Jamie Wilson. I have listened to it 5 times already.

There is a whole lot going on in this video. Fields, floppy hats, a bus, a horse with eye boogers, a barn, a church, rain, sunshine…and great hair, lots of great hair.

I think the video was BEAUTIFUL, but I’m afraid that as great as the song is, the video might not really introduce the girls to new fans. If you don’t know this group, are you going to wonder why all these chicks are driving around in old cars…and who is singing what? I don’t know who is who, but I DO know these broads are all pretty damn hot and they all play their own instruments and you wouldn’t know that just from the video. The bus driver got more camera time than they did. It kinda felt like a movie trailer or a teaser…it was just a taste, but now I want to get to know them.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think they should be dry humping to hood of the truck like Tawny Kitaen or giving the driver a lap dance, I just wanted a little more Trisha facetime.
