Happy Sunday.
We had a great weekend. What’s His Name is going to Pebble Beach on his Brokeback Mountain vacation with his little boyfriends next week, so he took one for the team and we had a little day trip. We ended up at Sam Moon in Austin, which is like my Disney Land, walked down Memory Lane on the Texas State campus in San Marcos, hung out at the new Buc-ees, caught Brison Bursey’s in-store performance at Lone Star Music, had supper with some Tweeps, enjoyed the best Sangria ever at Gruene Hall and ended up the night watching Ryan Beaver open up for Wade Bowen at the River Road Ice House.
It was basically the perfect day.
Here’s to an even better week! I feel oddly regeneraized and I am excited just to be here.
