This is the best news I ever heard!!! The truth is Nashville puts out songs better than Josh Abbott writes. Now we won’t hear anymore cheesedick Texas songs like the ones he’s been prostituting the states name with and loading his pockets with. He doesn’t care about music integrity already so Nashville is the place for him!! Sorry folks but just being from and writing 1,000,000 songs about Texas doesn’t make you any less cheesier than Nashville!!
Perhaps he’ll go to Nashville, fail, and return to Texas with some needed humility. Failing in Nashville is powerful resume material for a Texas music career. I wish him and especially his band and staff (super nice road manager, btw) all the best.
