It rocks my world to know that I discovered the greatness that is Adam Hood thru Miranda Lambert…and also the tone deafness that is RaeLynn. I can’t even wrap my head around how she is the “next biggest thing” in country music.
I know being a snarky bitch is kind of my schtick, but am I CRAZY to think her voice is horrid? Am I missing something? Is the over-pronounced Elly May Clampett country accent not annoying?
I do like this cough “co-written” cough song, but I just can’t handle her voice. She makes Taylor Swift sound like Celine Dion. And for the love of baby Jesus, Buddha, Allaha, and L. Ron Hubbard can someone snatch that ugly giant ass Hibiscus bush out of that girl’s hair! That damn flower is as fake and contrived as her cupcake dresses and fucking accent.

The song is actually really, really good…it would be so much better if just Miranda were singing it.
As a singer myself (not professional, just enjoy it and took many years of choir), I cannot stand how hard she tries to sing. I don’t think a real singer has to “try” to sing and “growl”, and especially add a “twang” to your voice because you’re singing country music.
I’m disappointed that Blake and Miranda are supporting her the way they are.
