Ugh…I almost forgot all about the American Country Awards. Â Damn, that entire show was a trainwreck starting from the hosts and ending with the “Red Solo Cup” performance of the decade. It was so bad that we started to do a snarky play by play, but bailed half way through the show because it would have been like kicking a kitten. Â It was so bad that it wasn’t even fun to make fun of it.
The Eli Young Band lost to Chris Young for Breakthrough Artist of the Year…but they did get to perform their #1 song “Crazy Girl”:
