While everyone in our show prep material today was busy discussing THIS Tom Petty/Sam Smith rip off controversy, the musical savant that is Eric Raines pointed out a few other songs that also sound a lot a like.

I guess this happens both intentionally and unintentionally, but a lot like the “if a tree falls in the woods” theory…does it really happen if no one calls you out on Twitter about it?

Anyone remember the most epic of all epic’anic copycat Twitter call-outs of all time from Jason Isbell and his “Eat A Bag Of Dierks” posts?
