I hate when a song makes me sad. Or makes me think. Or makes me feel the songwriter’s pain.
Who has time for that crap? Not me.
I want to kick back 24/7 and hear about trucks, single wide trailers and beer.
If you are like me, you won’t like ANYTHING from Brandon Jenkins’ new album, Thru The Fire…that’s for sure.
Here is a little sneak peek of a new song from the album called, “In Time”…and YES, that is Brandon playing the piano! It makes me want to give him a zerbert and some of the extra medication I have tucked into all of my “going out” purses just incase I forget to take it.
Sad huh? It’s not Chris Knight ‘stick your head in the oven’ sad, but still sad.
(I wonder if anyone will catch my sarcasm earlier in this post. I seem to be having a hard time getting that across lately.)
